At Vivtorexkhep, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if:
- The candle is unused and in its original packaging
- The candle has not been lit or burned
- All tags and labels are still attached
- The product is in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Candles that have been lit or partially burned
- Personalised or custom-made candles
- Items purchased during sale events (unless faulty)
- Gift cards
How to Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at feedback@vivtorexkhep.world within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with return instructions
- Package the item securely to prevent damage during transit
- Ship the item to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)
- Bank processing times may vary
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your candle for a different fragrance, please follow the return process and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for your exchange.
